Because we have been living our passion for meat for decades now! Because we visit the production sites! Because we know the suppliers and the supply channels! And, of course, because we are constantly testing the quality of our products. Both scientifically in labs, and our favorite way, which no one will begrudge us: on our plates!

Matthias Kreutzer
aka “Mister Meat”,
responsible for products, quality and logistics.
Not only does this man give his name to kreutzers.eu, he also contributes his entire passion and a wealth of experience from more than 34 years. He has always loved cooking, so it’s no surprise that he pursued this profession! During his training, the skilled butcher, chef and successful restaurateur worked at award-winning restaurants in France, the USA, Switzerland and Germany. Since 1990, he has finally achieved his vision of gourmet cuisine in his own restaurant: Kreutzers in Regensburg, one of the top restaurants in the Oberpfalz region. The center of his restaurant is a large charcoal grill (how could it be any other way) where the master himself works on the perfect steak.
Manuel Ostner
aka “The Impresario”,
responsible for marketing, sales and the online shop.
Even as a child, he probably had a business plan for his shop. Entrepreneurship is simply in his blood. For 18 years now he has been fired up about creating and building up internationally known brands. And because he creates passionately, he also enjoys food passionately: with the refined palate of a true connoisseur and the appetite of a T-Rex. No one could satisfy this passion as well as meat and grilling master Matthias Kreutzer, which is why Manuel Ostner quickly became a loyal customer. And that sparked an idea. First “rare”, then “medium”, and when the plan was “well done” the two men set about making their vision a reality: Bringing the Kreutzers culinary experience to meat enthusiasts at home, quickly, simply and affordably.

He has gained this expertise over 20 years as a successful entrepreneur in the field of wine and gourmet foods. At kreutzers.eu he has the most airline miles under his belt: Always traveling around the world in search of affordable gourmet products. Including: Quality wines that he acquires at a bargain through direct contact with winemakers, spices, first-class oils and traditional specialties from legendary family operations from Italy to New Zealand.
