Packaging
Depending on the product ordered, your package consists of:
- a sturdy shipping box
- an insulating thermo box
- two to four cold packs (flexible cooling elements) per thermo box
- Meat or sausage products each hermetically sealed in their aroma bags
- Individual boxes for bottles
Information worth knowing about shipping elements:
Thermo box: The thermo boxes we use are a kind of isothermal packaging made from extruded polystyrene coated with aluminum foil. With a thickness of exactly 5 millimeters, our boxes have an extremely low level of heat conductivity. The result: excellent insulation. The cold chain is maintained reliably for up to 48 hours, plenty of time to deliver the order to your front door on time. The best part is that the boxes are reusable, take up very little storage space and do not generate any cumbersome polystyrene waste.
Cold packs: These cooling elements are deep-drawn vacuum-sealed plastic elements made of 90/70 my PA/PE film filled with water/polyacrylamide gel. Both the film and cooling gel used are non-toxic, certified for direct contact with food products and can be disposed of without generating any thermal pollutants. For optimally maintaining the cold chain, these disposable cooling elements are deep-frozen when the products are packaged.
Aroma bags: Our aroma bags ensure that fresh meat can be sealed airtight even after opening. This allows you to repackage steak after opening, store it in the refrigerator or freeze it. And this guarantees that you will preserve the excellent taste of our products without any loss of flavor.
Shipping
Shipping is handled by our logistics partners UPS & GO! exclusively via EXPRESS SAVER & EXPRESS shipping ( only 1-2 days delivery time). Delivery of our articles can only be made to Germany and the EU countries listed below. For delivery to other countries, please contact us to find a suitable solution. In order to make our personal contribution to minimising CO2 pollution, we at kreutzers.eu have decided to use UPS EXPRESS & GO! for shipping, because UPS & GO! ship everything climate-neutrally. - This is our contribution to environmental protection, which many of our customers also appreciate.

Shipping information
Day of delivery: You will receive the products you order on the delivery day you have selected. Please note that we can only guarantee next-day delivery if the products you ordered are labeled as “immediately available” and you place order by 12:00 PM at the latest. – By the way: On Monday or the day after a holiday, delivery is not possible, since maintenance of the cold chain cannot be guaranteed.
When shipping perishable goods, signature release authorization is automatically printed on each package. This allows us to ensure that the package will arrive even if you are not actually there on the day of delivery.
About availability: The range of time for specifying a delivery date is five days. For instance, if a product is only available four days from now, shipping will only occur four days after receipt of the order. If one of the products in a larger order is only available four days from now, we will send your full purchase in one package four days after the order.
Time of delivery & acceptance: Standard deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM; however, the exact time of delivery is outside our sphere of influence. Please ensure that an individual authorized to receive packages is present during the delivery period. A tip: During the order process, leave a message for the parcel carrier indicating to whom your package can be delivered in case you are not available.
Our shipping notification: On the day of shipping, we will send you an email with a tracking link. This allows you to easily trace the progress and shipment of your goods.
