Pre-frozen - instead of deep-frozen

At Kreutzer’s we have always had a 'No-TK' line. This means that we offer our products fresh every day - never frozen. Now, however, many of our products are also available VG (VorgGefroren – pre-frozen). Does this contradict our philosophy of unconditional freshness? Not at all!

Meat from Kreutzer’s is popular and the sales figures are skyrocketing! A fact, that makes us incredibly proud and happy.

But some cuts are more popular than others. However, we do always process the whole animal. That's exactly why VG is available at Kreutzer’s from now on:

We are massively reluctant to have to dispose of any remaining cuts - like any other part of the cattle, they come from lovingly and carefully raised animals. That is why we shock-freeze the cuts, which are not part of the current weekly order - of course before reaching the MHD - and offer them at a slightly lower price in the respective product pages under the designation VG.

This ensures that the entire animal is used and that even more customers can enjoy our meat specialties, because the quality of an animal reared for years under the best conditions does not get lost by shock freezing.
